Guest-workers coming to Russia feed on dogs, cats and pigeons »

A 25-year-old citizen of Vietnam was arrested last week in Moscow for killing 50 pigeons. A 41-year-old man from the Kaliningrad region of Russia killed and ate a bullterrier last week.

They should come here.. too many cats on the streets... I think we should be wary if these types of people will own a restaurant and we are not aware they are including cats meat in their menu...

It does not help that world economy is down, that world food supply is down, and that people are desperate.
