  Miiiaaaau, I received advice on something, and I don't think is from my mother. The letter said, if by any chance I got a huge amount of moneys through inheritance or by other means, I should not spend it on non essential things like education, a more reliable car, etc. but I should spend it on more essential things like cocaine, gin, vodka, membership in the Emperors Club, etc.

  I guess the future president is all ready getting these advises: under no circumstances should he use presidential powers to introduce a mandatory national uniform educational bill, by which every high school should use the same books for each subject throughout the country. Also inspectors trained on seeking out incompetent teachers by using the same teaching methods/survailance everywhere.

  Why can't we get a TAX CREDIT for having our animals

  spayed and neutered? The veterinarians would provide

  us with a form that the procedure had been performed

  and we would submit it with our tax return. Does

  anyone else think that is a good idea?

  The tax credit would have to be a bit more than the

  veterinary cost - but that is how we could encourage

  others to get it done. Think of all the beauties that

  would be spared a life of misery by reducing the pet

  population - dogs and cats.

  I'd like to hear the opinions of others.
